香川県坂出市沙弥島のナカンダ浜で３日、極真空手中山道場（本部・まんのう町、中山敏之代表）の寒稽古があり、県内外の道場生約１００人が冷たい海に入って精神を統一し、気迫のこもった突きやけりを披露した。
